Service Fees &

Monetary Practices

Fees

My full fee is $185 per 50-minute session and $250 per 75-minute session. As clients are able to pay my full rate, I have increased capacity to serve clients with less economic opportunity and stability.

Sliding Scale

I have structured space into my practice to accept clients at a sliding scale rate in an effort to make therapy more accessible and to address systemic inequity. I do not require proof of economic hardship. I trust that you are able to consider your current socio-economic position and resources, as well as your value of the work, as you come to an understanding of your therapy budget. This is something we can discuss in a free 20-minute initial consultation phone call, and ongoingly in our sessions as needed. If I do not have space at the rate you need, I am happy to give you referrals for low-fee alternatives.

Insurance

I am not currently on any health insurance panels however I am able to provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement. It is also possible to pay by card through your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or receive reimbursement through your Health Spending Account (HSA) with a superbill or receipt that I am happy to provide. Please note that health insurance billing and reimbursement often requires a diagnosis.

Consultation

Please reach out to me directly to discuss the specifics of the request and we can determine a fee together. I donate up to 40% of compensation for consultation services from institutions to frontline organizations fighting for racial justice, equity, and liberation.

Letter-Writing

If you would like to request my services for a therapist support letter for gender-affirming medical intervention (such as HRT-administration or surgery) without ongoing therapeutic support, I am happy to discuss your situation and needs in an initial consultation call. Generally-speaking, I hold one to two sessions to acquire the information necessary to complete a letter of support and provide you with an electronic copy of the letter to give to your healthcare provider. I also make myself available for follow-up, as needed.
